Prompt action is essential to successful urine removal.
The longer you wait to treat it, the greater your risk for carpet damage.

New Pet Stain Removal
Have an Old pet stain?

Absorb as much of the stain as possible with a white cloth.

Apply a generous amount of Up Out and Away to the affected area.  Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.  Put a white cloth over the area.  Stand on the cloth to absorb as much solution as possible.

Again apply a generous amount of Up Out and Away to the same area.  Use a damp white cloth and place over the area.  Allow the cloth to sit on the area for 30-40 minutes.

If you have an extraction machine (wet vac), remove as much liquid and remaining stain as possible.

If you do not have an extraction machine, leave the damp cloth on the area, cover it with plastic wrap (this keeps it moist) and put a heavy object on top of the plastic wrap and let it sit for 24 hours.  The remaining liquid and remaining stain will transfer to the cloth.  This step is important.  If you do not draw the liquid/stain out of your carpet it will only be diluted.  Have you wondered why the smell remains after all that stuff you've put on it?

When the area is completely dry, simply vacuum the carpet to remove any remaining dry agents.

If the stain reappears in a few days repeat the above procedures.

Old Pet Stain Removal
